kale or spinach
• 1 green apple
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1 cup almond milk
1. Wash greens and apple.
2. Core apple and cut into quarters.
3. Blend greens, apple, bananas, and milk on high until creamy,
adding more almond milk if needed.
